Prayer for the Shadow

Sometimes, when I least expect it, up pops my shadow.... full of bad news for me. I'm not enough, I've goofed up, I did it wrong, I forgot, overlooked, didn't appear to care.... oh the list can go on.


So, I offer my experience in prayer.... to just sit in the White Light of God's Love.... breathing in, breathing out, infusing, blending, merging with the Light.


Vibrating. Remembering. There is no separation. God and I are ONE. There is only ONENESS.


My prayer to the Every Aware ONE: I am strong enough to hold Your Light, I keep my eyes focused on Your Light, reflecting my Light. Be with me today as I rest my soul and awareness, bathed in your Peace, Harmony, Love, Healing, Light.
And so it is.

To set center: perfect peace within, no lack, no separation

In a quiet time of prayer, I begin to focus my thoughts on the perfect peace within me. Connected to the Divine All, there is no lack, no separation--only the wholeness of peace. I affirm aloud: I am peace. You are peace. We are peace. I rest for a moment, feeling my heart expand as peace radiates from me. I envision a world in which all beings live in harmony, free from lack, free from violence, and at peace. One by one, each of us creates this peace for all.

Mother, Father, God, Goddess, Angels, Guides and Heavenly Beings of Light

Just for today,

May I see the Light in each person

May I send blessings to those who are troubled

May I not judge, rather send out love and light

Especially for those who challenge me

May I see Your Light and Love

Evidenced in every experience

May I be Your Instrument of Your Peace

The Full Moon.....

May the abundance of the full moon illuminate our thinking and guide us towards living the life we truly aspire to. The beautiful full moon reminds us to shine God's light of Divine Intelligence upon the darker areas of our lives and our thinking.

So appropriate: I took this photo Sunday morning, just before dawn, as the moon was setting on the ocean. Illuminating both the morning sky, plus gleaning the amazing reflection on the ocean surface, the setting full moon preceded the fullness of a new day.

May you experience illumination in your thinking and experience. May God's light of Divine Intelligence grace and guide your experience.

A sweet meditation to find your 2012 WORD

For the Week of December 26th

Just for this moment, this very week, I invite you to keep your heart open to love and compassion for your friends, family, and all sentient beings of the world. May you come forward to make a positive change if your life and in those you come in contact with.

Just for today, this week, may you experience warmth, love, creativity, compassion, good health, abundance, and upliftment. For our global family, may we hold thoughts of loving kindness and peaceful outcomings.

When you see a homeless person, a begger on the corner, or an obese person making their way along the street, (or even the driver who rudely cuts you off) I invite you to send them love, to uplift them to the comfort and healing of Divine Light. When ever we send love, we experience it ourselves.

May Mother, Farther, God, Goddess, all our Angels and Guides, be with us, inform us, and guide us on the higher road.

May you have a peaceful heart, today, this week, and through eternity.
